Human Resource Development (HRD) Training
HRD department of TSSS takes up all the HRD programmes of all the other departments, forums and institutions. TSSS takes up the capacity building programmes of the target groups through training, classes, seminars, discussions, uses the Participatory rural Appraisal (PRA), Participatory Strategy Planning (PSP), Participatory Action Research (PAR), Result Based Management (RBM) etc. Trainings are given to staff, executive members of different forum and to beneficiaries in order to achieve the desired objective of the benefits given. Since social work approach has been shifted from charity to development, HRD has become an important function of TSSS.
