Vision:
A Society and Church where equality of men and women upholding justice, equal opportunity and equal right to decision making are protected and ensured.

Mission
To ensure gender equity in life and work in the operational area through a process of gender sensitization, community organization, capacity building and access to resources.

Objectives:
  1. To ensure active involvement of women in the development process of the Church, Society and Nation
  2. To nurture and promote potential women in socio-economic and religious arenas.
  3. To ensure appropriate women representation in the processes of policy formation and decision-making in the Archdiocese.
  4. To search for solutions to the issues which women face in the context of globalization and neo-economic policies.
  5. To strengthen and unite the unorganized women and to develop leadership skills and organizing capacities among them to enable them to handle their own problems and the problems of their communities.
  6. To analyze gender-based issues and suggest proposals to address them .
  7. To study legislations for women empowerment and work for their enforcement.
  8. To network with other NGOs and GOs for the formulation of women-friendly policies and laws
